    Application Example Analysis - Closed Antibody

    • Using male whole blood as the test sample, male serum was added as the control group for testing.Additionally, male whole blood was used as the test sample, with serum from the female spouse added as the experimental group for testing.

    • During incubation, the fluorescently labeled antibody in the reagent specifically bound to lymphocyte surface antigens.

    • After incubation, hemolysin treatment was performed to lyse erythrocytes. Finally, lymphocyte subpopulations (CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+) were analyzed by flow cytometry.

    • If blocking antibodies existed in the female serum, the percentages of these lymphocyte subsets in the test group would be lower than those in the control group, with the blocking efficiency (BE) being greater than zero.
